In Ground Floor One Coat

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. rectangular/ square hollow bar based MS. Grill (1.950m.x1.05m.=2.04 Sqm.) and projection all as per drawing duly jointed with continuous welding and nuts & bolts where required. Fabrication fitting, fixing including tack welding of M.S. sheet ( 2 mm. thick) indetification board complete.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : On steel or other metal surface : Two coats (with any shade except white)

Add GST@18% on Sl. No. 1 to 5

Add labour cess @1% on Sl. No. 1 to 6
