Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil including cutting of bushes, saplings and trees/vegetation not exc. 30m girth etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / disintegrated rocks complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

150mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement / hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/ per sqcm in field using 400 Kg of cement per cum, thickness of concrete 20cm or less, including necessary formwork and finishing concrete surfaces by brooming whilst the concrete is green complete all as specifeid and as directed.

Forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm, primed and sealed with sealing compound grade ‘B’, Thickness of concrete slab 200 mm, complete all as specified.

Forming construction (Dummy) joint for 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade-'B', complete all as specified and directed.

RCC Hume pipe medium Grade 300mm dia NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:1 in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes of 300mm bore after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth,spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick;watering, amming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape,etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard dense soil excavated vide item No. 1 & 2 shall be reused for forming embankments.The cost of removing is being paid separately under item No. 12 here-in-after.

Removing excavated materials soils exc 50m and n.exc 250m and deposited at a level n.exc 1.5m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Ductile iron pipe class K-7, 80mm bore ISI marked spigot & socketed with internal cement mortar lining and external Zink and bitumen coating pipes conforming to IS-8329-2000 with push on rubber gasket joints laid in trenches, floor / under road including takingout old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Fittings / specials for DI spigot socketed pipes such as bends of any type, radius and angle tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc) Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plug size 80 mm bore, all as per IS 1538-1993, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

50mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, also cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

40mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, also cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

25mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc) and fixing complete with clips,wall hooks,wooden plugs,or laying in trenches, also cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

80mm bore sluice valve of pressure class PN-1.6 type (IS 13095 Marked) flanged and drilled at both ends, ISI marked having gun metal spindle and rings including making two numbers flanged socket joint including jointing materials such as bolts, nuts, washers, rubbers/ fibre board gasket, including taking out unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Gunmetal gate valve 25 mm bore screwed down high pressure with iron wheel head / long shank and cup butterfly type screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking out unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Gunmetal gate valve 40 mm bore screwed down high pressure with iron wheel head / long shank and cup butterfly type screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking out unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Gunmetal gate valve 50 mm bore screwed down high pressure with iron wheel head / long shank and cup butterfly type screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking out unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pipeline and getting out in hard dense soil complete as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified.
