Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental ,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work - Ordinary soil-Manual means up to 3m depth. Note: Cost of dewatering may be added, where required, up to 5% of labour cost. Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site condition
Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm (0.54 Cum), 20 mm (0.27 Cum) and 12 mm (0.09 Cum) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.
Cement Concrete CC(1:2.5:5) - Grade M15 using 20 mm ( 0.54 Cum) and 12 mm (0.36Cum) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.
Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kg),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kg) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kg.) and cement 380 kg with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC) etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department and including cost of centering, shuttering charges but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).
Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kg/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate (+/-) T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D/Fe550 grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement
Construction of Brick Masonry in CM(1:5) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.
Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions.

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 500ml of liquid concentrated micronized cement water proof compound/ 100ml of Integral cement water proofing admixture complies with IS:2645-2003 of approved make per 50 kg bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item.
Providing and laying water proofing Cum heat insulation treatment with Home Shield Polyurethane (PU) Roofkoat (Berger or equivalent) over existing roof slab, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per the following specification: Surface Preparation: 1.Clean the Surface toughly to make it smooth and free of any foreign material. 2.Water pounding test for Mother slab to identify the leakages points before starting the water proofing treatment work. 3.Injection grouting should be done for all leakages point identified and inject the cement slurry remixed with injection grout admixture, using pressure grouting machine till the rejection of material from the nozzle. 4.Reparing of construction joints by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in C.M(1:4) admixture with Advanced Latex plus as per the specified company instructions. Water proofing Application with PU Roofkoat 1. Apply a self-priming coat of PU Roofkoat after diluting with clean water @50%(1:0.50, 2.Allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours 3.Ally 1st coat of PU roofkoat [email protected] per Sqm 3.Allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours 4.Apply 2nd coat of PU roofkoat without dilution @ 0.40Kg per Sqm The cost inclusive of all required materials such as Home Shield Polyurethane (PU) Roofkoat (Berger or equivalent), injection grouting with required materials, repairing construction joints with required materials and all labour charges for above activities etc., complete as directed during execution.
Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for verandah openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles, sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending, fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two or more coats with Synthetic enamel Grade-I paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint Grade-I & one coat of metal primer) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
Supply of the following Skilled (1st class), Semi-Skilled (2nd Class) & unskilled workmen required for maintenance and miscellaneous works at in and around the temple premises as and when required etc. complete as directed during execution by the department.

Flooring with Galaxy Granite 18-20 mm thick upto 2.43M (Premium Quality) slabs set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the slabs against supply)
Supply, fabrication and erection of steel structure in position by using MS Tubes & Pipes of all diameters as per IS -1161, including labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like trusses, stanchions, heavy beams and girders including cost of welding rods, power changes etc., and cost and conveyance of all materials and including labour charges for fixing heavy iron grills, trusses, stanchions, heavy beams and girders erecting in position and fixing by using chain pulley blocks, derrek pole arrangements and cranes etc., complete and painting two (2) coats with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint in all shades grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter approved colour and make, including brushes to have an even shade, over priming coat with ready mixed red oxide metal primer paint (total three (3) coats), including cost and conveyance of all materials, as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete as directed during execution. Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/JSW)
