SH-I (Civil Works) Providing and fixing of Fire retardant water proof Frangible Hut for localizer and Glide path inside the operational area etc., complete as per the direction of E-I-C. The wall and roof shall be made of 40mm thick PUF panels having density 40±2 Kg/M³, outer skin and inner skin shall be made of 2mm thick FRP Sheets. The jointing system should be tounge and groove configuration. The size of hut shall be 7Mtr x 3.5Mtr x 3Mtr having one partition and 2 nos doors including fixtures. Hut shall have adjoining toilet of size 1.2Mtr x 1.8Mtr x 2Mtr having one door including fixtures. Necessary provision should be made availble for fixing of Electrical Panels, AC units, light fittings, Taps, water lines, sewer line , EWC, water tank etc.,. The outer structure shall be painted with white and red 2 feet X 2 feet and inner wall & ceiling shall be painted with off white. The flooring shall be with antistatic mat flooring. Shop drawing shall be got approved before starting of the work.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of antiskid type mat finish in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Taking out existing Cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks from road / footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. (Old Cement Concrete paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

SITC of 3 HP, 1-Ø, 230V, 50 Hz, AC submersible pump set having capacity of 1000 LPH (minimum) in the existing borewell i/c. jointing of cable, connection of pipes etc. complete as required as per the site requirement. (Approx total depth of borewell 60 mtr ; Head - 50 Mtr.)

Supply & laying of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade 3x x 4 Sq.mm flat copper conductor industrial cable conforming to IS-694 for Submersible Pump Motors alongwith existing GI pipe from pump set to submersible pump control panel including necessary connection/termination and sheddle/clamping with wall surface complete as required as per the site requirement.

Supply & fixing of SS wire rope of 8mm dia. complete with shakles for fixing of pump set during & after lowering to avoid slippage of the same complete as required as per the site requirement.

SITC of control panel in the sheet steel enclosure suitable for 3 HP submersible pump set including suitable rating 2-P contactor, 2-P relay, DOL starter arrangement alongwith ammeter complete as required as per the site requirement.

Supply, fixing & lowering of 40 mm dia. medium class GI pipe i/c providing & fixing of 6 mm thick GI flange duly welded at both end of pipe complete with rubber packing, nuts and bolts for making water tight arrangement complete as required as per the site requirement.
