Supply and fixing of Prefabricated building with desired RHS frame structure and composite factory made continuous prefabricated sandwich panel – PIR PANEL, comprising of two sides facing of colour coated Galvalume steel sheet and sandwiched between them CFC free close cell high Density rigid Polyisocynurate foam 45±2 kg/m3 having a thermal conductivity value of 0.023 w/mk. The outer & inner sheet shall be Galvalume steel sheet of 0.5mm TCT steel 350 Mpa having a coating Mass of 150 gsm zinc aluminum alloy coating total of both sides as per AS: 1397 and finished with 20 microns colour coating of SMP polyester paint coat over a 5 micron primer on exposed side and a back coat of 5 microns on inner side over a 5 microns primer. The outer and inner sheet shall have a core of 75mm thick for wall and 50 mm thick for roof Polyisocynurate foam insulation. The panels should be of required length and in 1mtr width with suitable tongue and groove jointing. The prefabricated panels shall be fixed to the support structure. The metal sheet shall conform to IS: 513, AS: 1397 & 2728. The PIR insulation shall conform to IS:12436.The work shall be carried out as per direction of E.I.C. .inclusive civil/electrical/plumbing work as per attached architectural and structural drawing.
