Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks burnt, locally known as “Awwal” straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (Except Bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specifed and directed. (NOTE: - The serviceable bricks obtained from demolition will be used after removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc.)

Dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for premium quality, glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured,ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm of thickness 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free non skid coloured tiles, area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm of thickness 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor in patches, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Premium quality, joint free, non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 450 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical faces (Skirting) of walls over and including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing SGSW pipe 150mm bore in trenches in ordinary soil including jointing of pipe in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cleaning of sewer line, of any type and size exceeding 100 mm dia and not exceeding 200 mm dia including manhole upto 2 mtr depth and removing sludge upto 200 mtr of any type of blockage of any kind of manhole or lines by means cleaning through manually by using bamboos, roodding, including desludging descaling & clear the chocking where ever flushing the entire stretch also disludging the foreign material, sand, ashes, fibre, silt, grease, night soil, etc and removing the taken out sludge/material out side MD land by any means/source complete all as specified and directed keeping the sewage line functional for the pipe lines.

Removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap etc.) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole as of complaints received day to day complete all as specified and directed. (a) This item includes cleaning of each & pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of length of pipe involved upto first manhole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose. (b) In case the blockage re-occures in the same location within the month, the same shall be cleared by the contractor at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for the repitetive cleaning.

Cleaning of manholes/grease traps upto 1.5 metre depth and removal of sludge / site etc. in foul conditions to outside MOD land including testing of manholes by filling with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16 to 20 mm thick laid on verticle surface and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
