Excavation for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels shown as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete in conformity with the requirements of MORD Technical Specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts of material in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to required width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases.

Construction of Gravel/Granular sub base/base 125mm (one hundred twenty five millimeter) compacted thickness by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size 80mm (eighty millimeter) Type ‘A’ conforming to table 2.3 of IRC- SP-77 -2008 and spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with tractor mount appropriate rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty–Hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 401 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culvers, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete, Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) in or under water in open foundation of all type of structure like Drains, etcetera including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub soil water) removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths, including cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in Abutments and toe walls etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 & 1204 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked P.V.C. pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in sub structure Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (20mm) twenty millimeter nominal size) in Bed block and Dirt wall etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications Clause 1002, 1010 and 1202 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate including of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax or other Taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain/reinforced cement concrete Grade-M-25 (M-Twenty five) nominal mix 1:1.5:3 (One cement isto one and half sand isto three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size in open foundation as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including the cost of form work and curing complete but excluding cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1604.7 and section 300 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. Conditions:- 1.The work will be strictly executed as per HPPWD specifications. 2. The contractor will procure cement at their own level from Civil Supply Depott. After the approval of permit from the competent authority and other material from market as per Department specification issued by the Addition Chief Secretary PW to the Govt. of HP vide No. PBW (B) C (17) 2/2012 dated 07 August 2018 and all other condition are liable & carriage will be born by the contractor. 3. The contractor will procure steel from PWD store Civil Supply Depott. After the approval of permit from the competent authority and other material from market as per Department specification issued by the Addition Chief Secretary PW to the Govt. of HP vide No. PBW (B) C (17) 2/2012 dated 07 August 2018 and all other condition are liable & carriage will be born by the contractor. 4. The bills of all materials procured by the contractor and M/X form of mining materials used for execution of work must be submitted to the authority concerned alongwith contractor bill.
