Supply of Grease separator, one piece,below ground instalation type, made of polyproylene as per DIN EN 1825; Complete disposal type, Odour-free disposal via a connector to direct suction; complete in all with all accessories confirming the folling specifications:- Make: ACO, Kessel, Huaraton, Kingspan as approved by GE. Nominal Size: NS 20 Grease Storage capacity : 800 Litres Sludge Trap Capacity : 2440 Litres, Total Capacity: 4070 Litres.

Excavation in trenches for installation of Grease Seperator of size NS20, including 150mm thick concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation with 150mm extra al-around the diameter of Grease Seperator, setting at suitable place as suggested by manufacturer, filling the PCC 1:3:6 al-around the Grease Seperator upto 450mm depth above foundation concrete, making inlet & outlet connections with kitchen line and sewage line, testing and commissioning the grease separator including returning, filling & well ramming including removal of surplus excavated material to a distance exceeding 250 mtr where directed , complete installation all as per directions of manufacturer.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.50m wide and n. exc 1.50m in deapth for foundation etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up150 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stoneware, AC or RCC) set in cement mortar in foul conditions, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 250 mm Dia pipe in foul conditions, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC bed to drain pipe of 200mm dia including forming cradles in concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement concrete pipe class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars of 200mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC bed to drain pipe of 250mm dia including forming cradles in concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone agg), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in precast slabs of drain cover, manhole cover and the like all as specified.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 75mm dia bore laid in trenches or errect on ground for vent pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) plain bend 75mm dia bore of any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminum/copper surface/concealed point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete of any description including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, wooden boards, laminated sheets from sunken boxes, boards, etc and making good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 of walls, floors, ceiling etc including distempering to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for One fan point controlled by one, one way switch with PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts grade single core FRLSH having multi stranded copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area drawn in and including PVC casing & caping/conduit with all fitting and fixing accessories and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth conductor, connected to earth dolly by providing suitable lugs with & including pressed steel sunken terminal boxes 1.6 mm thick, 60 mm deep of required size factory made for mounting switch, regulators etc with and including 3 mm thick hylam sheet (white) ISI marked, fixed with brass screws and cup washers duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/black bituminous paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside for mounting switches, sockets etc complete for the following.
