Servicing of DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA ,Make : Kirloskar, with replacement of Engine oil, Oil filter, Diesel filter , Air Clearner Element, Cleaning of battery terminal , checking of tappet clearance & related accessories such as set of 'O' ring, set of tappet gasket, Set of washers, Dusting ,Cleaning and testing of DG Set all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Engine oil, oil filter, Diesel filter , Air Clearner Element etc will be meseared and paid under relevent item. Note : Servicing of DG Set to be done by Authorised service provider of DG Make.

Supply and filling pre mixed Coolant suitable for DG set Rediator, Brand. Make : K cool Super/Greaves/Waxpool

M&L for descaling and servicing the radiator of DG set 62.5 KVA internally and externally by using chemicals, to remove deposit on fins and soldering the copper tubes and tank etc for arresting leakage and re-fixing after replacement of unserviceable hose pipes with clamps and filling of Collent, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Hose and hose clamp,Coolant will be mesured and paid under respective item.

All as per srl item No above item no 23 here-in-before but for DG Capacity 160 KVA.

M & L for repair of Self starter of 24 Volts by replacing unserviceable pinion/ armature/Field Coil/Bushes/Bearing etc all as required for smooth Functioning including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair of Self starter of 12 Volts by replacing unserviceable pinion/ armature/Field Coil/Bushes/Bearing etc all as required for smooth Functioning including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair of charging alternator 12 Volts by replacing unserviceable Groove wheel/ armature including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismentling and taking out fuel injection pump from DG set of any type/make and capacity 62.5 KVA for carrying complete overhauling/ servicing of injector pump, calibration of fuel pump and replacement of DV valve, plunger as per manufacturer instruction , assembling the same with DG set properly in original postion, checking the allignment , making proper fuel connection and testing for smooth opreation complete all as directed.

M&L for opening / taking out of nozzel of DG set of any type/make and capacity 62.5 KVA disconnection and opening of fuel injector assembly, carrying complete overhauling/servicing fuel injection system with including replacement of injector repair kit ,including calibration of injector, checking of pressure complete for each injector and re-assembling the same, fitted with DG set properly in original location, checking the allignment, making proper fuel connection, testing for smooth opreatio complete all as directed.

Repair of Electronic Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) suitable for DG Set of 125 KVA capacity, with and including taking out old AVR and making all connection, testing, complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for repair and replacement of Conservasation kit for 160 KVA DG Set of Make Kirloskar all as specified and directed.

Servicing of alternator of DG set 125 KVA and heat varnishing including cleaning of ball bearing bushes, heating and varnishing of winding and other electronic parts and coupling and refixing after servicing including testing complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement battery lead 02 No PVC insulated, multi stranded copper single core unsheathed cable of size 25 sqmm, 1100 volts grade,1.5 mtr long fitted including brass bty terminal at one end and copper thimble of 25 sqmm at other end ,complete all as directed.

M & L for repairing of 125 KVA DG Set, Make : Kirloskar, by opening and dismantling of Engine and transporting to auth workshop and removing of cylinder head, Cylinder liner,lubricating oil pump, piston, connecting rods, piston rings, camshaft, FIP, injector and other connected parts for replacing all unservicable parts and reassembly the engine and accesories including calibration of FIP , reparing of cylinder head and testing and comminissioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
