Dismantaling of unreinforcement lime concrete/cement concrete in padding to roof slab and removing the rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing water proofing treatment (WPT) of any description from roof surfaces alongwith tiles if any incl desmantling of existing PCC/plaster surfaces and roughening of concrete surfaces cleaning and wahsing down the surfaces with water and removing rubbish to out side MD land as directed. Note :- Felts and cement plaster/tiles etc shall be measured as one layer only.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 over roof surfaces without using extra cement with using water proofing compound (WPC) as directed Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

M&L for applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm confirming to IS-3384 and laying APP polymer modified fiber glass reinforced membrane 3mm thick weight not less than 3.5kg/sqm (modified bituminous water proofing membrane ) with plain finish with polystere base reinforcement, sealing all over with lap of 75mm in length side and 100mm on width side of membrane by torching the same and including applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gms/sqm all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed .

Note:- (a) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of cleaning of surface to be treated properly to receve the primer and all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (b) Necessary guarantee certificate shall be given by contractor for 10 years from the date of completion of work. (c) APP membrane treatment shall be done firstly at corners and junction of parapet wall 30cm on verticle position and 30cm on horizontal position shall be done with proper attention and work carried out by authorised applicator only. Main portion of roof treatment shall be commenced only on completion of corners/ edges/ junctions. (d) APP membrane shall be taken upto outside of the parapet wall to an extent of 150mm minimum. (e) Ensure while laying the treatment no bulging on surface/voids shall be found and proper care/attention be given for the treatment. (f) If any work executed at site without any authorised applicator, the same shall be rejected and no payment shall be made. (g) Contractor shall produce the certificate from the manufacturer for the authorised applicator before commencement of work.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) (in roof slabs) laid to slope 1:30 in padding for WPT over roof slab complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in cover fillets at junction of roof slabs and parapets wall, RCC chajja coping and similar work as directed by Engr-in-charge with using WPC complete. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separatly

Disconnecting existing water tanks (PVC/RCC) exc 250 ltr & n.exc 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowring if required ) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required , reconnected including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks (PC/RCC) exc 500 ltr & n.exc 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowring if required ) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required , reconnected including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over alkali resistant priming coat on walls upto 4th floor including necessary form work, cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Colour/shade shall be as directed by GE).

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on brick masonary finished even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including fittings as in roof covering etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work as in roof trusses purlins rails,and fastening Beam,tee,angle, tie bar, chanels including distance pieces cleats etc Conf to Fe-410-W(gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement/GI sheet (corrugated, semi -corrugated etc in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of false ceiling at all height of 600 x 600 x 15 mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles RH-99 of type micro looks edge laid on super fine XL 15 mm expose d grid systems with 15 mm wide T-section flanges. The frame work comprises of main runner of size 15 x 32 x 3000 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre securing fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200 mm maximum centers. Hangers (GI wire of 4.0 mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450 mm from the adjacent wall flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tees of size 15 x 26 x 1200 mm to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centers to form a 1200 mm x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than that 600 mm to be supported independently. 600 mm x 600 mm modules to be formed by fitting 600 mm long flush fitting cross tees of size 15 x 26 x 600 mm centrally between the 1200 mm crosstees perimeter wall angle of size 19 x 19 x 3000 mm secured to wall at 450 mm maximum centres. Finally RH-99 mineral fibre tiel 15 mm thick micro look edge has to be laid on the 600 mm x 600 mm module complete all as specified and directed.
