REPAIRS TO ROAD SIDE KERB STONES, FOOTPATH AND CULVERTS AT CERTAIN PLACES OF NPOL, KOCHI

Demolition of brick/block work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debris/waste material from the working site not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M&L pre cast concrete solid block masonry 1:3:6 Type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width and setting CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. including removal of debris/waste material from the working site not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position at or near ground level to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: i) length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment. ii) Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris/waste material from the working site not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm Graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20 cm X 25mm thick (rubber moulded) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Egnr-in-Charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, sides of road to make berms laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable delineators of any type, provision of Reflector delineator 1200mm long fibre pipe of AB sound body fitted with 500mm long highly reflective reflector around including excavation and earthwork in soft / loose soil, including provision of PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks of size 150mm x 150mm x 150mm for erecting delineators, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. MAKE:- 3M / DARKEYE / AVERY / SIGNTECH.

M&L for precast reinforced concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for cover slab set in and pointed in CM 1:6 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
