In case of foreign manufactures who do not have manufacturing facility in India the three point water calibration should be compulsory done at FCRI Palakkad/Govt. lab only. The accuracy of manufacturer’s in-house volume flow calibration lab should be atleast 3 times better than accuracy of the flow meter. Accuracy of manufacturer's in-house volume flow calibration Lab should be mentioned in NABL accreditation and should be less than +/- 0.1 %. Testing of Meters: - Electromagnetic Flow meter manufacturer should carry out the following test on every single flow meter during the manufacturing process and below test certificates should be provided for review during inspection and finally all certificates supplied along with the material: Three-point water calibration certificate, Hydro test certificate, material test certificate for electrode, Coil housing & flow tube, Test and Guarantee certificate. Separate transmitter panel, LPU, FIT MCB Power cable and Single cable of reputed make should also be Provided. Make: - All DJB Approved Make A) 150 MM PN 16

Supply of RTU based system: RTU Controller and Modbus communication with the IO Modules, Panel and Its accessories with details as below: - (1) RTU with inbuilt IO's (4 Analog inputs, 4 Digital Inputs & 4 Digital Outputs, (2) RTU panel with all the above-mentioned modules, (3) Panel with complete internal wiring and accessories. This also includes SIM Cards, UPS and all other related accessories. Provision should be there for downloading the data 24X7 on PC and Mobile with help of Login and Password ID and data to be communicated to central SCADA of DJB and SCADA of NDMC

Operation & Maintenance of above said 18 nos. flow meters having zero charges for 1st year due to Defect Liability Period. (DLP is excluding of 5 years O&M) For 2nd Year A) Operation Charges for each flow meter on per year basis
