Passengers of Gulmarg Gondola Project Section I ( From Gulmarg to Kongdori) & Section II (from Kongdori to Apharwat) , Kongdori Chairlift ( from Kongdoori to Mary Shoulder), Makhdoom Sahib Ropeway Project ( from Rainawari to Makhddom Sahib Shrine) & Jammu Ropeway Project Section I ( from Peerkho to Mahamaya) and Section II ( from Mahamaya to Bahu Fort) to be covered on DAILY BASIS under GROUP INSURANCE POLICY. In the event of any accident, the claim is to be paid to J&K Cable Car Corporation and is to be settled within a period of seven days from the date of accident without asking for approaching to any other forum/court. Risks to be Covered: Risk of injury/death due to accident (350) passengers per day @ Rs. 5.00 lacs per passenger with maximum liability of Rs. 17.50 Crores Sum to be Insured during the current year: Rs. 17.50 Crores
