The agency must submit details of manpower services provided during the previous two financial years (2024-25 and 2025-26) to various Government and Semi-Government offices, along with satisfactory service certificates issued by those organizations.

Registration Certificate under the Labour Act.

Professional Tax Registration Certificate under the Karnataka Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act (currently valid)

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Act Registration.

Employees State Insurance (ESI) Act Registration

Income Tax Registration

Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration.

The tenderer must possess a valid PAN Card.

Agencies that have been blacklisted are not eligible to participate in the tender. The tenderer must submit a notarized declaration stating that the agency is not blacklisted and that it is not represented by any elected member

ALL OTHER TECHNICAL CONDITIONS AS PER TENDER DOCUMENT

The tenderer must submit annual turnover details and supporting documents for the last three financial years (2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26). The annual turnover of the agency should be at least Rs. 10.00 Lakhs per year.
