Balance OHE work of Electrification 25KV, 50Hz single phase AC in connection with Bilaspur Yard remodeling , modification , extension of yard including special design for OHE work, removal of OHE structures infringement, simplification of OHE sectioning as per revised latest ESP & SIP in the Bilaspur yard in Bilaspur division over SEC Railway.

Financial Eligibility Criteria:The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N crores or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VII 2(b)(of this Tender Document), along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. (iii)Biding Capacity: Biding Capacity is not applicable for this contract. (iv) Credentials if submitted in foreign currency shall be converted into Indian currency i.e., Indian Rupee as under: The conversion rate of US Dollars into Rupees shall be the daily representative exchange rates published by the Reserve Bank of India or entity authorized by RBI to do so for the relevant date or immediately previous date for which rates have been published. Where, relevant date shall be as on the last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited. In case of any other currency, the same shall first be converted to US Dollars as on the last day of month previous GCC April -2022 to the one in which tender is invited, and the amount so derived in US Dollars shall be converted into Rupees at the aforesaid rate. The conversion rate of such currencies shall be the daily representative exchange rates published by the International Monetary Fund for the relevant date or immediately previous date for which rates have been published.

Technical Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i)Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii)Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii)One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Note:- The Similar nature of work for the purpose of eligibility criteria shall mean following: i.Execution of 25kv/2x25KV Electrification work. OR ii.Execution of 25kv/2x25KV feeder wire. OR iii.Execution of 25kv/2x25KV OHE modification work. OR iv.Execution of 25kv/2x25KV OHE upgradation work. OR v.Execution of 25kv/2x25KV OHE maintenance work. OR vi.Execution of 25kv/2x25KV OHE AMC work. OR vii.Execution of 25kv/2x25KV OHE rehabilitation work. OR viii.Execution of 25kv/2x25KV OHE replacement i.e catenary wire/contact wire/feeder wire/ATD cantilever assembly. OR ix.Execution of 66KV or higher voltage overhead Transmission line work. OR x.Execution of 66KV or higher voltage substation work. (b)Electrical Contractor's license - Must have valid Electrical Contractor's license in the name of Firm or Contractor issued by the concerned Statutory Authority.
