Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil including cutting of bushes, saplings and cutting trees not exc. 30m girth etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, and as in sub base complete all as specified and directed .

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm as in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material hard dense soil exc. 1.5KM and n. exc. 5 km, depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 150 mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, before concreting or otherwise complete all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of complete (with grey cement and pigment) over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces or surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel rolled or hollow sections such as in main and cross beams, hip and Jack rafters, purlins, where connected to common rafters and running rails etc fixed with angle cleats or flat iron clamps or other connecting arrangements complete Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, under 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
