Preparing old decorated surfaces by scraping down, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of walls by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white wash on walls including cornices all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but on ceiling and chajja and projections.

All as per item No 3 above but on ceiling .

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of walls by scraping down, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of walls by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and cleaning with water and applying cement based wall care putty as specifed making surface smooth by rubbing of sand paper and applying one coat of primer two coats of distemper oil emulsion on plastered wall surface complete all as specifid and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but on ceiling.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of walls/ ceiling / projection etc by scraping down, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of walls by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and cleaning with water and on old surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS-15489 : 2004 : Alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant, exterior paint of required shade (company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 Litres/10 Sqm over and including and over priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre / 10 Sqm. (Note : The Paint is to be applied in camouflage pattern).

(Note : The Paint is to be applied in camouflage pattern).

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surface of steel of any description over 10cm width / girth by scrapping by burning by blow torches and scrapping smart painting tools and sand paper and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated/decorated wall/painted surface of stones, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surface of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth including brooming down / steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot and removing dust / dirt / oil / grease etc and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of compatible epoxy primer all as specifed and directed

M & L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of epoxy paint.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of walls by scraping down, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of walls by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and cleaning with water and applying 1mm thick, layer of wall care putty on wall/ceiling and apply two coats of plastic emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for re-writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint without showing brush mark, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing the edge/corner of Chajja/roof projection and similar work by removing plaster width/girth not exc 150mm and making good with 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris out side Defence land all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6, finshed even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:4, finshed even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM 1:3, finshed even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including cement based wall care putty on plastered wall surface complete all as specifid and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl pilasters/cornices etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including cement based wall care putty on plastered wall surface complete all as specifid and directed.

Note for above Item No 1 to 24 :- 1. Contractor attention is invited to the point that entire requisite quantity of exterior emulsion paint, primer, paint , OBD and wall care putty as catered in the BOQ shall be brought by the contractor in one go after approval of sample, in sealed manufacturer packing within 15 days of date of commencement stipulated in work order No 1 and handed over to Engr-in-Charge. 2. Contractor shall submit Three years guarantee for acrylic emulsion paint & epoxy paint. 3. Steel painting to be carried out on both side of iron angle, pipe, etc of compound wall between concertina coil by long handle brush. 4. All above item shall be executed for the building upto 12 mtr height from ground level and quoted rates shall be deemed to included removal and refixing of concertina coil in the same position after painting (B/Wall) for all necessary arrangement for execution of this item upto 12 mtr height.
