Restoration of Damaged infrastructures due to Cyclonic storm

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres, including all taxes (excluding GST), all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Dismantling and storage of existing structural steel work in angles, tees, flats, and channels, including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding, etc, All complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by manual / mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms and dewatering wherever required, including all lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 5km including cost of all labours/ equipments , taxes (excluding GST), sundries and T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well-watered and compacted in layers with top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes (excluding GST) and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, all taxes (excluding GST), sundries, T & P etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) ,mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period, including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance, royalties and taxes (excluding GST) , sundries , T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing steel centering and shuttering(steel plate/ ply board) to required shape and size for all kinds of R.C.C. works, centering materials with all necessary props, bracing, ties and supports with level centering using bituminous paper wherever required, as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge and dismantling and removing the shuttering after the required interval from the date of casting, including cost of all materials with transportation, taxes (excluding GST), loading and unloading etc. and all labour, sundries, T&P scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position machine batched/ machine mixed concrete of M25 grade for reinforced cement concrete work including laying of concrete using 12 mm to 20 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement but including admixture in recommended proportions to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability, including cost all materials, conveyance , royalties and taxes (excluding GST), loading and unloading, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the design and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes (excluding GST) and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even finish with two or more coats on new work over a coat of suitable shade with primer of approved brand and manufacturer's instructions including cost of all materials with taxes (excluding GST) and transportation, all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc. All complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Fabrication, restructuring & commissioning of structural steel work in built up (round, square, rectangular hollow tubes etc.) etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and painting with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of all material, labours, all consumables, all required plants & machinery etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
