Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

M&L for providing plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm gradded aggregate as in foundations,filling and mass concrete

M&L for providing Reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregates) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

M&L for providing Reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregates) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts .

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of flat area.

S&F MS Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars/sections shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 or of any other section including ornmental CI items for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (Note : Each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified.

M&L PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggr) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 22 above but except stone all as specified and as directed. (Material shall be obtained from item No 02 above)

Extra over stone walling (lime or sand stone) for hammer dressing with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the surface not exceeding 40 mm dressing all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type CI, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Flushed pointing to RR masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1: 4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stones for stone walling and set in cement mortar 1: 6 all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling MS work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Joist, channels, angles or T section fixed independently, with out connecting plates, etc in Fe410-W (Gde-E -250) quality A.

S&F flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting, or reveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fixed with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 5 cm long and 5 to 10 mm dia of shank.

M&L mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut into length bend to shape required incl cranking bending spirally, hooking ends and fixed horizontally as tie for chain link fencing complete all as specified and as ditected.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Supply only 4mm dia Chain link galvanised mild steel fencing with 75 x 75mm mesh all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc incl provision of binding wire.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.
