Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and filling the nail holes and small patches and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 1 above but on ceiling in lieu of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old distempered surface of internal wall, pillasters cornices etc by washing rubbing down & stopping steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and filling the nail holes and small patches of peeled off plaster of size not exc 0.01 Sqm by using filling compound of Altek/Birla white putty to obtain even & smooth finish by using sand paper and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside cantt area/MOD Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L renderig/screeding 10 mm thick cment mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall rendering is to be finished even smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers i.e. Ist layer 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and IInd layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces of wall rendering is to be finished even smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge. Note:- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal wall,and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistent primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gms/litrs and UV resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted ) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltr/10 sqm ovber and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litr over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose/disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bands, shelves, beams and similar work at any position/height and dubbing out with PCC 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports and form work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figure (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm hight complete all as specified and directed.
