Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 300mm dia. 5.6mm ERW ISI mark thick M.S Rising main to be laid from 901 to 1000Mtr at lift irrigation scheme Jalsheeri. The job requires involvement of highly skilled professionals for carrying out laying and welding jobs. The pipe shall be welded end to end using high quality electrodes by a D.C welding machine for the completion of work. The job includes charge of earth excavation/road cutting in all types of soil with the help of JCB & Manual labours in high terrain for lying of pipe. The job includes, D.G set, welding set, gas cutter, superior quality electrodes, etc. for the completion of work. The job also includes fabrication of offsets/bends wherever necessary for proper alignment. The pipe shall be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint. SPECIFICATIONS: Nominal diameter of pipe= 300 mm Outer Diameter = 323.9 Thickness of pipe = 5.6 mm Length of each pipe= 4 -7Mtr Type of Welding = ERW Type Quality of M.S plate to be used for manufacture = As per IS 2062 Pipe to be Manufactured = As per IS 3589 having one longitudinal joint with latest amendments.
