MAINTENANCE OF LAWN & GARDEN

Maintenance of ICAR-IIWM Main Campus (11 acres approximately) i) Maintenance of lawns, gardens, hedges of office, guest house, residential premises and outside of main gates including uprooting of shrubs, planting and maintenance of ornamental plants, pit/basin making, earthing-up, watering, weeding etc. ii) Pruning of trees/plants as and when required based on estimated quantum of work. iii) Cleaning of weeds from drains.

HOUSEKEEPING/SANITATION WORK

Excluding activities prohibited under employment of manual scavengers and construction of Dry Latrines (Prohibition) Act, 1993. Main Office Building, Training Hostel, Training Hostel Annex and ICAR- IIWM Main Campus. i) Sweeping & moping all the rooms, passages, staircase and porch on daily basis. ii) Cleaning toilets with harpic cleaner, wash basins, sinks with phenyl & regularly replacing naphthalene balls, air refresher etc. iii) Removal of cobwebs in room’s corridors, Toilets, Passages outside building on routine basis. iv) Cleaning window glasses, partition glasses, doors, windows, Electrical panels etc. on routine basis. v) Vacuum cleaning of office spaces, Conference Hall, Committee Room, Lift Room on routine basis. vi) Cleaning of corridors, open space, cleaning of campus and residential areas’ drains and roads. (The sanitary items like brooms, brushes, Buckets, Acid, Phenyl, Harpic, naphthalene balls and moping materials are to be supplied by the agencies as per the requirement of the office in each month. The rate quoted for the item should be inclusive of material cost. Payment will be made on production bills/money receipts etc.)

The Service charge of the contractor (for 1 month) including TDS as applicable for the bidder and considering all unforeseen expenses.
