ESI Registration certificate and Challan Copy (Last 6 Months) (applicable only if more than 20 employees are working in the company / firm / business)

Tenderer should also give a self declaration in an Rs 100/-stamp paper as per Annexure -4

Tender Fee Rs. 2000/- in the name of Director KRIMS Karwar

E.M.D Amount: The supplier shall pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 7,500/- in the KPP portal and the details should be submitted along with technical bid

GST Registration Certificate, GST payment Receipt of last 3 quarter / last 3 month

Income Tax Returns for the previous 3 years. (Assessment Year 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

Annual Turnover Statement certified by the charted accountant for last 3 years (Financial Year 2022-23,2023-24, 2024-25) (UDIN compulsory)
