REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF CERTAIN OTM BUILDINGS AND OTHER ASSOCIATED WORKS IN TECH AREA AT AFS BAREILLY UNDER GE (AF) BAREILLY

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof of any thickness including removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggrigate) as in padding over roof slab for levelling course all as specified.

M&L for providing 90 to 100 micron thick polymeric water proofing membrane over hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with polymer based water proofing compound when levelling coarse still green on approachable roof. Polymeric water proofing membrane consists 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film and standard weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm laid with 100mm side lap and End lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacture’s instruction complete all as specified.

M&L for factory made cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 250 mm x 250 mm x 20 mm thick as per IS 1237-1980 with gray cement and pigment laid over 15mm screed beding layer in cement mortar 1:4 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) over membrane complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying a coat of aluminum paint over membrane complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting out crack in V section in existing roof, chajjas or similar work up to 40mm deep and cleaning the same with water jet to get rid of any loose material and wetting, grouting with cement & sand mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid WPC all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.
