Earthing of support with M.S. Earth rod of 2.5 meter long by hammaring of M.S. Rod to proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of G.I. wire as per construction manual.

Fabrication of MS Channel angle iron etc in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, bracing and special type bracket etc. as per RESPO schedule and local approved drawing.

Fixing, tightening and nozzling of stay with pole and stay rod on required tension as per drawing/manual in 33 KV Line.

Erection of SP-55 single support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories like top channel & clamps as per RESPO manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45x4.45x1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 graded stone20 mm niminal size: 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, levelling as per RESPO cnstruction manual.

Muffing of poles size 0.45x0.60 cm radius with 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand :graded stone 10 mm nominal size) block size 45 cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Painting of SP-55 pole with angle and channel and all steel part by one coat of Red Oxide Primer and two coats of aluminium Paint and two strip of fluorescent altemate Red and White paint 30 Cm wide upto 1.5 Mtrs. From ground level.

Fixing of triangular type bracket on 33 KV line

Laying, Spreading, Stringing and sagging of 33 KV line in 3 phase (3 Phase 3 wire) of ACSR Dog as phase wire with G.I. earth wire complete including fixing of all accessories in 3 Nos. conductor in parallel with binding and jumpering as per profile and profile and sagging chart.

Guarding of 33 KV Line over (Telephone / Road / L.T. line crossing as per drawing with 6/8 SWG G.I. wire including fixing of guarding channel/ angle as per RESSPO manual.

Route cleareance by cutting of tree branches / proning, loping and chopping of trees for L.T., 11 & 33 KV line.

Cartage of ST pole SP-55 Poles from store centre to construction site with loading, unloading at both points and proper stacking.(Distance 0-20 Km)

Cartage of ST pole SP-72 Poles from store centre to construction site with loading, unloading at both points and proper stacking.(Distance 0-20 Km)
