REPAIR/CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANKS UNDER AGE B/R -II IN GE ROORKEE

Cleaning of manholes including sewage lines 100mm dia from chamber to chamber at a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs up to depth 1.5 mtrs from top of manholes to bottem of pipeline by using high pressure , chasis mounted high flow jetting machine including getting out sludge/ waste water from manholes by using suction machine of suitable capacity , well flushing the manholes and sewage line after cleaning including disposed off sludge waste water to low lying area out side Mod land complete all as specified and directed

-ditto- as per Sr item No.1 above but 150mm dia pipe upto depth exceeding 1.5 mtrs but not exceeding 3 mtrs and distance between the chambers not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed

-ditto- as per Sr item No.1 above but 200mm /250mm dia pipe upto depth exceeing 3 mtrs but not exceeding 6 mtrs and distance between chambers not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed

-ditto- as per Sr item No.1 above but 300mm /450mm dia pipe upto depth exceeing 3 mtrs but not exceeding 6 mtrs and distance between chambers not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed

Attending day to day complaint for blockage in gully trap / WC / floor trap / nahani trap upto first manhole including necessary T&P for pumping / rodding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Note for item Nos 1 to 5 :Contractor or his accredited representative/ supervisor will report to the I/C Maint of AGE B/R-II and Roorkee at 8.30 AM on every working day to collect the complaint slips and will report the completion to the concerned JE on the same day. The complaint to be attended and cleared within 24 Hrs or otherwise as given in particular specifications from the date and time of handing over of complaint slip and to be deposited to the concerned JE I/C or Engineer-in-Charge duly signed by the users. All blockages / complaints to be cleared within 24 Hrs. If any blockage is not cleared within 24 Hrs, a panelty of Rs 250/- per complaint shall be imposed to the cotractor for every day of delay. "

Cleaning of sluddge / sluddge water / solid / semi solid soil from septic tank includig sludge chambers / soakage well by using suction machine of adiquate vaccume pressure and carring capacity including disposing off the same out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavatioin in trenches in Soft/Loose soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n, exc 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

-ditto- as per Sr item No.7 above but exc 1.5 m and n exc 3.00m depth complete all as specified and directed

Returning filing in and including spreading , lableing , & well remaining n,exe 25 cm thick in hand & dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removeing excavated materials n. exe 50m and depositing where directing at a lavel n. exe 1.5m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed

Demolition & breaking up 150mm dia and salt glazed stone ware/ AC/ RCC drain pipe jointed in cement mortar including PCC haunching / bedding and taking out of the trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed

Demolition & breaking up 200mm dia and salt glazed stone ware/ AC/ RCC drain pipe jointed in cement mortar including PCC haunching / bedding and taking out of the trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D - 2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregated) as in the drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and testing for 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement plaster 15mm thick on brick work in cement mortar (1:4) finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in faundation fillling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in gorund floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground lelel) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar work plinth course, coping, benching, bed blocks etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilities demolition) of any description and in position not otherwise specifically for complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded machanically curshed stone aggregate) as in landing cover slab for manholes, septic tank, including necessary form work set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed ( reinforcement shall be measured separately)

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape reuired including crancking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.5 mm dia or securing with clips quality comfirming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting in to existing manholes for connectiing drain pipes making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benches for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 100mm / 150 mm / 200mm internal bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs 10 ltrs PVC (White) valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern low level with inlet ball valve float, handle, Aluminium brackets for bottom support fixing with gitties embedded in wall with drilling machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile 300X300 mm / 400X400 mm as in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white are coloured cement to match over and including15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured rectified ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick cement back coat in CM 1: 4 as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, including dismentling of old tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F repair vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) long pan including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe , anti-syphonage pipe etc incl making good to floor fixed in repair size 580x440mm white glazed with integral footrest with 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore Stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/ 20mm- 92gms)

S&F in repairs PVC connection 450mm long with 2 Nos brass check nuts suitable for 15mm bore of pipe with washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
