Excavation in foundation trenches in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering/dewatering upto any lifts stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth, side of foundations, consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth or as per the directions of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (one cement : five fine sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm (forty millimetre) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand: four graded stone aggregate) 12.5mm (twelve point five millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg (one point seven kilogram) per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimetre) thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand (zone - III) : six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size over 75mm (seventy five millimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying half block masonry with factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 100 mm (one hundred millimetre) thickness of grade M-10 (M-ten) made of C & D waste/stone aggrigate from approved manufacturer in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level: Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four coarse sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/ brought to courses ) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size at plinth level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm (eighteen millimetre) thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick base cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing edge moulding to 18 mm (eighteen millimetre) thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing ISI marked decorative flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 (three) ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm (thirty five millimetre) thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm (thirty five into thirty five into five millimetre), joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm (thirty five into thirty five into five millimetre or thirty five into five millimetre) flat pieces to the existing Tiron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point sixty-six millimetre to two millimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing single rebate 105X60mm (one hundred five into sixty millimetre) door frame fabricated from sections roll formed out of 1.2mm (one point two millimetre) thick galvanized steel (Base steel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120 gms/sq.mtr. (one hundred twenty grams/Square metre) The overall size of the section should be 105x60mm (one hundred five into sixty millimetre) with rebate of 37mm (thirty seven millimetre) for shutter. The frame section should be cut to length and metre joined with corner brackets made of CRCA electroplated including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The frame should be provided with (a) 3 Nos. of M.S. powder coated 4” (four inches) Butt hinges of 2mm (two millimetre) thickness welded to the frame. (b) 6 Nos. of 1.2mm (one point two millimetre) thick CRCA electroplated stiffeners should be welded to frame.

(c) 6 Nos. of 8” (eight inches) M.S. hold fasts with split end tail welded to stiffener plates. (d) One no. aldrop receiver. (e) Each frame should be provided with 25x50mm (twenty five into fifty millimetre) tie rod at bottom. All welded places should be treated with protective coat of zinc rich primer. The entire frame should be provided with a coat of etched primer.

Providing and fixing double rebate door frame fabricated from sections roll formed out of 1.2mm (one point two millimetre) thick galvanized steel (Base steel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120 gms/sq.mtr (one hundred twenty grams per square metre) . The overall size of the section should be 125x60mm (one hundred twenty five into sixty millimetre). The frame section should be cut to length and meter joined with corner brackets made of CRCA electroplated. The frame should be provided with- (a) 3 Nos. (three number) of M.S. powder coated 4” (four inches) Butt hinges of 2mm (two millimetre) thickness welded to the main frame. ECO – 5000 Series Windows (Air Tight with Double Rebate)- Providing and fixing Eco 5000 Series Windows fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanized Steel Colour Coated/Powder Coated (Base Steel as per IS 513 “D” quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/Sq. Mtr. (one hundred twenty grams per square metre)) with total coated thickness of 0.60 mm (zero point sixty millimetre) Paint Specifications: Coated Sections should be with Primer Coat of Epoxy Primer of 5-7 (five to seven) microns thick, finish painted with Polyester Paint of 12-16 (twelve to sixteen) microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 (five to seven) microns, or Powder Coated with pure Polyester Powder up to 50-60 (fifty to sixty) microns thick. Dimensions of Sections: Section for Frame should be of 98mm X 50mm (ninety eight millimetre into fifty millimetre), Section for Mullion should be of 46mm X 70mm (forty six into seventy millimetre) , Section for Shutter Frame should be of 46mm X 46 mm (forty six into forty six millimetre), Section for Fixed Glass Bead should be of 18mm X 25mm (eighteen into twenty five millimetre) and Section for Fly mesh Shutter Frame should be of 20mm X 40mm (twenty into forty millimetre). Fixing Details: Frame and Mesh Shutter Sections should be cut to length and mitre joined with Corner Bracket made of Polypropylene. Accessories: Each Glazed Shutter should be provided with MS Powder Coated Friction Hinges – 1 set, High Grade Aluminum Powder Coated Handle -1 No. Each. Mesh shutter should be provided with S.S.Pivot Hinges-1 set, Seccolor make handle shall be provided per shutter. Window Frame should be fixed to brick/concrete masonry by using Nylon self expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm (eighty millimetre) long screws into the caps through frames including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Glass: Providing and fixing glass in shutter & Fixed Glass portions with a glass of 5MM (five millimetre) Plain Float Glass. Complete in all respect including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Mesh: Providing and fixing wire mesh in Shutter with a Stainless Steel 32 (thirty two) gauge Fly mesh of 304 grades with 144 (one hundred forty four) holes per square Inch. Complete in all respect including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Grill: providing and fixing Grill made of 10mm sq. (ten millimetre square) MS Bars welded at 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) center-to-center to 6mm x 12mm (six millimetre into twelve millimetre) MS flat. Total grill unit should be powder coated and fixed to window frame with screws. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetre) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one Cement : four Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm (three point three kilogram/square metre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying anti skid matt finish full body vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (three point three kilogram/square metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete : Tile size 600 X 600 mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
