REPAIR-MAINT OF WALL PANELING, FALSE CEILING AND CERTAIN B/R AND E-M SERVICES IN CENTRAL ZONE UNDER GE NORTH BINNAGURI

Demolition of wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation board /slab/blankets any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling with GI powder coated frame work and 4 mm thick E board classic design , non asbestos fibre reinforced cement board , Reinforced Designer Board tiles conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336 , of approved texture at all height duly suspended ceiling laid on hot dip galvanised iron imposed grid of size 600 mm x 600 mm, T section / Angle section including cutting holes in brick wall and making good surface with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 / 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed and having following details:- (a) 27mm x 27 mm angle 0.55 mm thickness, GI powder coated hot dip galvanised plugged at the rate 600mm centre to centre alongwith the perimeter of wall. (b) 25 mm x 25 mm Tee 0.55 mm thickness, GI powder coated hot dip galvanised as main and cross runner suspended with 1.6 mm dia GI wire suspenders (not exc. 1.20 mtr length) with adjustable clamps and dash true fasteners plugged in RCC slab or angle iron runner of slopped roof placed at the rate 600 mm centre to centre alongwith the perimeter of wall. Note: The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer instruction and as directed.

S&F in repair of POP seamless false ceiling with powder coated GI snap grid frame work complete all as specified and directed including all necessary drilling and necessary arrangement to fix items as under :- (a) Perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws450 mm c/c intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit including ceiling section of 0.55 mm thick having curled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to intermediate channel 1.6mm dia GI wire suspenders (n.exe 1.2 mtr length) with adjustable clamps and dash true fasteners plugging in RCC slab/wooden truss/A.I Runner of slopped roof placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall. (c) Fixing of calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800x1200 mm x8mm thick fixed to ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws complete.

S&F in repair Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including 5mm thick PVC sheet as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC insulated Wall Lining of decorative type consisting of 10mm thick single side prelam wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including 5mm thick PVC sheet as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F in repair for 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cupboard door/shelves/wall panelling including 6 mm thick wooden leaping and dismantling of old boarding complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The cost is including polished to wood surfaces.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid dry or bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 15-18 mm thick Granite ( Jet Black) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, floors, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 including full rounding the exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately.

M&L for DIGITAL ELEVATION TILES of size 300x600x7-8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.
