M & L for Vitrified tiles double charged (light shade) 8 to 9mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm (600x600mm), in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces as in dado of size 450mm x 300mm x 6-7 mm thick, set and jointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, on other than fair faces of brick work etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of kota, granite, cudappa stone slab, and interlocking tiles of any descriptionor thickness in floor, laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone flooring 18 to 22 mm thick (size of kota stone slab 22"x22") laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 29 here-in-before but 15-18 mm thick as in risers to steps and skirting laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and as directed. Note : Riser provided to steps shall be in one piece.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slabs 18 to 22 mm thick as in treads of steps of stair case in single piece with 2 nos V groove cutting laid over and including 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including, rounding and moulding edges, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 18-20mm thick prepolished Granite stone slab of approved shade and colour as in table top, top of WHB, kitchen slab/platform, gate pillars, cills etc or on vertical surfaces including vertical projections, including full round mouldings the edges laid over and over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 jointing, pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite and rubbing polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Colour/shade to be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick for cooking platform, wash basin, sink etc including cutting chases in wall and fixing the slab in cement mortar including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick, factory made, chamfered edge, cement concrete interlocking paver blocks (glossy/ rubber matt finish) of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; etc complete all as specified and as directed. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding.

(d) Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforce with non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) (e) M&L for PCC 1:7:12 for filling of sunken portion after conceling all membrane and sealing all joints to the entire with broken bats and light weight, and provide hole in the wall and fix 600 mm long 20mm GI spouts light grade PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) filling complete all as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.
