Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) asbestos cement sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Anti Termite Treatment by providing and injecting along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Anti Termite Treatment of soil under existing floor using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified & directed by Engr-n-Charge.

M&L for Anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

Add extra for powder coating on above item (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 12 mm solid PVC ply of 1st quality of approved colour fixed with necessary joining cleats, rubber packing, screw etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in square exc 0.50 Sqm each in each pane including rubber beading for fixing of glass complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleates made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for powder coated GI grid frame work of Silhouette grooved design for false ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleates made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including necessary fittings, screws, wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60 cm in size fixed with staples on snap grid incl preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 5 to 6 mm thick PVC ceiling board fixed in flat surfaces on snap grid frame work including complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for venetian blinds, vertical/horizontal type, 100 mm wide with polyester fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminum fittings, and top rail and nylon buttons / loops etc., fixed cuttings and alteration if necessary wherever AC / coolers exists including dismantling of old unserviceable venetian blinds, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including necessary earthwork and making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite of 18 to 20mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm /450 x 300 x 7mm/ 300x600x 7 mm thick over and ncluding 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for factory made vitrified heavy duty parking tiles coloured, matt finish, unglazed and unpolished of size 300x300x10mm thick including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for solar control film 50 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified including demolition and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 or fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including dismanting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 1.00 mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required including dismanting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc and other similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including dismanting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old existing roof treatment (APP membrane and plaster) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc including removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position of any description and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in pedding layer on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement, on concrete surface on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparing new surface of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethane (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/ seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Supply and fix in repairs 20 mm dia with 1 mm wall thickness curtain rod in any length, high strength stainless steel pipe including required bracket and finials complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated unplastered surfaces of wall, including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying 2 to 3 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper to wall incl cleaning of windows, door internal fitting & any other surfaces by removing splashes/ spot after finishing the job complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt, of extuded section and fixed of 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in for extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type, anodised 150 mm long all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150 mm floor door stopper of aluminium alloy powder coated, with hard drawn steel spring all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs cast iron body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width & of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified.
