Dismantling / disconnecting the existing LT feeder pillar box / Indoor Panel with all outgoing / incoming supplies, making alternative arrangement for supply including minor diversion of cables as required & Supply, errect, test and commissioning in replacement Bus bar feeder pillar box of CPRI approved factory fabricated, dust & vermin proof including removal cable entry gland plate, powder coated 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 pole, 50 cycles outdoor type weather proof made out of 3mm thick MS sheet, with incommer One number MCCB 250 amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz and outgoing through Bus bar with angle iron legs of size 50 x 50 x 6mm, hinged door, locking arrangement with aluminium bus bar 400 Amps capacity, LED indicating lamp for RYB grouted, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 and duly powder coated painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete. (Drg / design of Panel shall be approved before placing order to concern factory in writing)

M&L in replacement pipe in pipe chemical earthing with GI pipe electrode 3.0 m long having outer GI pipe dia 80 mm & inner GI pipe dia 50 mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150 mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water & connection with & including galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm, making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 & RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8 mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 1.0 ohm complete.

M&L for servicing, repairing and welding to out door LT Panel / LT Feeder Piller box by (i) Cleaning with blower, (ii) Cleaning with CTC / Petrol (iii) Replacement of damaged copper / aluminium lugs (iv) Replacement of deteriorated copper wiring with existing sizes of cable (v) Cleaning and tightening of MCCB terminals (vi) Replacement and fixing of sheared rubber beadings (vii) Rectifying of loose connections of incoming and outgoing cables (viii) Painting two coat of smoke gray colour over one coat of primer and black paint on base channel after rubing with emery paper and making smooth finishes (ix) Providing of door locking arrangement with of sliding bolts on panel door (x) Proper welding of Panel door / roof (xi) Connecting / cleaning of earth wire /earth strip (x) Two coat of white distemper on foundation etc. complete.

S&F in replacement Digital AC voltmeter, 4 digit, 7 segment LED display, square type, input voltage 50 -480VAC including dismantling of unserviceable voltmeter and connecting the cable on existing panel complete

S&F in replacement Digital AC Ammeter 4 digit, 7 segment LED display, square type input voltage 50 -480VAC including dismantling of unserviceable ammeter and connecting the cable on existing panel complete.

S&F in replacemnt LED indication lamps R/Y/B with base on existing panel and connecting up the cables complete.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of 185 sqmm 3.5 core LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes complete.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand gently punning below/around cable complete.

M&L well burnt bricks sub class 'B' as in protection of cable laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise complete

M&L in repairs GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia bore fixed on wall / pole laid in trenches / under road complete.
