Repairs to 03 cusec horizontal split casing pump at LIS Guiwa Dismantling of pump at LIS Guiwa and carrying to the workshop for necessary repairs and then shifting back to site. The job involves fitting and testing of pumping equipment on full load at site.

Manufacturing, providing, fitting of SS sleeve as per requirement. The job includes boring, turning, facing, finishing, balancing operations on lathe using skilled operator.

Rebuilding of worn out bearing seats by way of welding, turning, finishing, balancing on lathe to accommodate new bearings. The job also includes extraction of old damaged bearings by using bearing pullers.

Providing, fitting of deep grove ball bearing of required size of reputed make. The job shall also include adequate greasing to the bearings.

Balancing of shaft by way of welding, turning, finishing on lathe machine.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of MS check nut as per requirement. The job also includes threading of the shaft on lathe machine to accommodate newly manufactured check nuts.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of GM gland as per sample. The job also includes providing and fitting of MS studs as per requirement.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of CI wearing ring as per requirement. The job involves making of recesses and grooves on wearing ring as per the profile of pump casing using turning, facing, milling, balancing and finishing operations.

Repairs to the cooling mechanism by way of providing and fitting of cooling nipples, cooling rubber pipe and clamps etc as per requirement.

Repairs to 10 cusec horizontal split casing pump at LIS Gadkach Dismantling of pump at site and extraction of damaged bearings using bearing pullers and various tools and tackles. The job then involves providing and fitting of new deep groove ball bearing no. 6310 (01 no.) and 6312 (01 no.) with adequate greasing to shaft. The job involves reassembling of pump followed by testing of pumping equipment on full load at site.

Dismantling of foot valve at site, loading in private load carrier to workshop, back carriage to and re-fiiting at site. The job involves repairs to the foot valve by way of cutting the old damaged/rusted MS bars of strainer and providing and fitting of new MS square bars by way welding works as per requirement. The job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. The job also includes providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth for weight plates to make it leak proof, replacing the rusted/damaged parts, nuts, bolts, hinges etc wherever necessary to foot valves of various sizes at lift irrigation schemes listed below: a. 350 mm dia foot valve at LIS Budibugh b. 300 mm dia foot valve at LIS KP Payeen c. 250 mm dia foot valve at LIS KP Bala Old d. 300 mm dia dia foot valve at LIS Mirchimer Mirgund

Repairs to the priming pump at LIS Chainabal by way of providing and fitting of 04 mm thick MS flanges (02 no.) to suction and delivery side of priming pump. The job involves welding of flanges to suction and delivery ends of pipe at site and then fitting to motor using nuts, bolts and packing material as per requirement at site. The job involves cost on account of welding set and various tools and tackles, labour charges to accomplish job at site.

Repairs to the priming unit at LIS FC 2nd by way of rethreading of suction flange, delivery flange, GI suction pipe and delivery pipe ends and fitting of same to pump at site. The job includes cost on account of to and fro carriage charges to local workshop, providing and fitting of nuts, bolts packing material etc as per requirement.
