Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to lead of 20 mtrs. in all kinds of soil in pick work, jumper work and blasting work complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts. Pick & Jumper work.( P.W 90% J.W 10%)

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth up to a lead of 20 metres and lifts upto 1.50 meters disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed work complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.( Pick work 50% Jumper work 50%)

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required in to plinths , sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.( Pick work 50% Jumper work 50%)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement,6 sand,12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks I) in foundation & plinth in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand), Ist class bricks with complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Prov. Form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies , height of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.& removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in : - Foundation footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions & the like I/c attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like :

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc upto 200mm in thickness with complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Beams, cantilevers girders and lintels side and soffits of beams haunchings , cantilevers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 meter in depth with complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Edges of slabs & breaks in floor & walls under 20 cm wide in complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying CC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 sand:3 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) and curing complete exlcuidntg the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation footing , bases of column and the like and mass concrete with complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Walls (any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level with complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5 sand:10graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) with 15% plums and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and plaCSng in position complete upto floor two level with complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing manhole cover with frame 500 mm dia ( Medium duty ) total weight of frame and cover should not be less than 58 Kgcomplete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge. (weight of cover & frame not less then 58 kg)

Wire crate made of G.I wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Wire crate to be measured and paid for separately)vomplete in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing G.I Wire crates made of G.I.wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire, (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) i/c all leads and lifts. (a) G.I.Wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6(15Cmx15cm.Mesh). complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge.

Laying, jointing (by way of Circumfrential but welded joints by electrical arc welding) and testing of Galvanised mild steel tubes (GI Pipes) of following diameters confirming to ISO:1239-2001, (latest with uptodate amendments) having wall thickness as per code with bevelled/plain ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends etc as per site requirement made from parent tube. The laying of pipe will include all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three of four cuts having it's radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanised ( zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and speCSals made from the parent tube during welding or otherwise shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA speCSfications C-203-1978. The wleding electrodes shall be as per IS: 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. the rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts ( Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately)

Providing and fixing C.I sluice valve 80 mm dia Leader /BHEL/ Kirlosker /GLEd/Kilburn Fourses / & all approved make equal to dia of Rising main and cpable of withstanding the normal seat pressure as per IS:4984-1995 with upto date ammendments with complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing 63 mm dia hydrant including G.I Riser pipe (IS:1239,1990) 63mm PP Ball valve 63mm Pump conncting Nipple, G.I. Tee,GI Nipple (As per required of main & Sub main line)and plain concrete grouting for GI tee & Riser Pipe complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing, of GI pipes for inlet ,outlet,scour pipe and bypass arrangement complete in all respect.) 65 mm dia with complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts. (Labour rate )

Steel work welded in built up section,truss & frames & applying a priming coat of reld lead paint in grating,ladders complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.
