Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes such as tiles/interlocking tiles and also throwing debris outside of ND (V) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for M-30 using approved Ready Mix Concrete design mix(20mm aggregate) use as floors and similar works including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifiedand as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash all as specified and as direceted.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size of 60mm thickness , M-35 graded laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base, foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and any pigments 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and incl cement screedbed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of not exc 50M and making good surfaces in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete including column foundation and posts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, gratings, gates, purlins, rafters nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F chain link fencing made out of 4.0 mm dia galvanised iron, wire of mesh size 100 mm x 100 mm, made into mattress or cages, straining and fixing to RCC post including provn of 10 mm dia MS round bars as line wire welded to fencing post (MS rounded bars shall be measured and paid separately under resptective items in this Schedule).

M&L preparing new steel surfaces and applying for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish outside the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.
