Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and coloured pigment to match the tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above gound level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path surface finished rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/path/hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl making joint at every 2.5 m and at change in direction filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 part of bitumen and 03 part of fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigments including laid over 25mm thick(avaragae) sand cusioning layer under interlocking paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and ans directed .
