M & L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each,of any type soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old, rusted, unserviceable and damaged steel tubing incl disconnecting from existing line and connection where directed including cleaning for refixing or removal to store for pipe of following bore sizes ;-

Relaying of steel water tubing in new or old position where directed incl making connections and cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for pipe of following bore sizes ;-

Supplying and fixing, jointing, testing in repair butterfly valve of size 80 mm bore ISI Marked conforming to latest IS complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

Supplying and fixing, jointing, testing in repair Sluice Valve of size 100 mm bore ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, Confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for lifting of unserviceable submersible pump set of capacity 10.5 HP from the borewell upto a depth of 90mtr,and removing burnt winding and rewinding with new copper wire of suitable size, greasing,servicing and re-assembling, including re-installation of pump set in the bore well in the same position alongwith all necessary work incl lowering and testing complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: Item rate includes repalcement of unserviceable minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, rubber ring etc.

Note: Item rate includes necessary disconnection and reconnection of pipelines before and after cleaning of the tank where required.

S& F GI column pipe medium grade of size 50 mm bore with flange on both sides of 3 mtr length complete including welding and lathe work and nuts for fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Testing of drinking water collected from local source (pump house/bore wells ) in the area of AGE E/M Khumbathang and submission of detailed test report to the office of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-2012 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, turbidity, PH value, TDS total hardness, iron content, chloride, fluoride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Coli in 100 ml) with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purposes. (ii) Collection of water from different sources of water ie. Sump, bore wells & pump house well in a sterilized bottle and testing it from NABL Approved laboratory or from centre/state Govt Department/approved labratory. Note :- Rate Quoted shall also deemed to be included for the followings:- (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of samples from source (sump, bore & shallow wells)
