Repair to pot holes any description n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth,making good by applying tack coat @5kg per 10sqm,putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand coat (6.8kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of pothole n exc 30mm filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete all as specfied.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud,etc,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt or with mechanical air compressor etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat at the rate of 5 Kg per ten sqm (using paving bitumen VG 10 grade) complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in Charge.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix, bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or more) using paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) of any penetration as binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, pavings and hard standing etc. and finishing top surface with broom finishes to concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr. above the starting point.

M&L Preparation of new/old surfaces and applying reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white or golden yellow) of minimum 2.5 mm thick (confirming to BIS-3262) ,single coat as in centre line and edge line raod marking of 100mm width using HOT Mark by indigenous modern propelled raod making machine as directed including all ingredient such as binder,glass beads,titanium dioxide,calcium carbonate,inter filler as specified in table 803.4 of MORTH specification, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as specified in (intermix) type-I ,MOST/BS 6088A and road marking shall done as per provision contained in IRC-35-1997,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
