Replacement of 6.6kV Expansion Circuit Breaker panels of CRS sub-stations by 6.6kV VCB panels for Power Distribution Department at Rourkela Steel Plant

• a. The bidder should be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of 6.6kv or higher rating VCB Panels.

OR

If the bidder is not an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of 6.6kv or higher rating VCB Panels, then it shall have a bid specific pre-bid agreement with the manufacturer of 6.6kv or higher rating VCB panels for participating in the tender. Documentary evidence of the agreement shall be submitted along with the bid. In addition, an undertaking from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) shall be submitted stating that in the event of the order, the OEM shall supply the 6.6kv VCB panels as per tender specification and shall be responsible for supervision of erection and commissioning of the panels.

b. The bidder must have experience of having successfully completion of Project including supply, erection & commissioning of at least 01 nos. 6.6kv or higher voltage class indoor switchboard (having minimum 6 nos. circuit breaker panels of 630 ampere or higher capacity) along with cabling and associated electrical works in any PSU/Railways/Govt. Organization/ State or Central Utility Grid or a Public Limited Company/Joint Venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government Organization/ PSU during last Ten (10) years as on date of issue of NIT.

c. The bidder should have minimum HT electrical contractor’s license issued by any electrical licensing authority in India valid on the date of NIT. Self attested copy of the license shall be submitted with the bid.

The following documents (self attested) are to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility.

1) Copy of purchase order/ contract copy/ work order issued by the client.

2) Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate/ Job Completion certificate/ Performance Certificate from the client for work/ works listed at sl. no. “1)”.

3) Contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile/ telephone no. of the client.

• a. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024 should not be less than Rs.1.00 Crores. Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions.

b. Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March 2024, as per audited annual accounts.
