2 Time limit for ABove work is 365 days from date of issue work order

On receipt of Sub work Order, immediately contact Engineer Inchargeof Concern S/dn for line marking of erection work and work carried out as per tender drawings and REC

4 Work should be carried out under supervision of authorized MGVCL staff only.

5 T.S wise / Work wise material account of sub works order must be given separately.

6 The materials requisition (M.R) should be collected from Concern Sub Division office

If work is dealy for non-availABility of any material or objection of line erection work, must be inform to Concern

S/dn office in writing.

8 For extension of time limit of work order, you have to submit written request letter with valid genuine reason.

In case of any excess work required while actual execution of work you have to give written intimation to this office &

No excess work should be carried out without prior written permission / approval from competent authority.

10 Above work has to be carried out at any s/dn of Borsad Division as and when required.

11 For live electric line crossing work, work should be carried out after Power cut-off and earthing of Line.

12 As the Schedule include supply and erection of UG cable joint kit, it must be provided within 24 hr of information given to you by any field officer telephonically.

13 Do necessary Entry in CBDU portal and any damage caused to public infra during UG cable erection work to be bourn by contractor
