Supply, installation and commissioning of Hydraulic Main Drive & Auxillary Drives of Plate Straightening Press Machine for SPP

• 1) The bidder should be an OEM of hydraulic pumps & actuators. Bidder to furnish documentary evidence in support of OEM.

OR

The bidder is a dealer/channel partner of OEM. The bidder must furnish bid specific authorization from OEM that the installation & commissioning will be under OEM's supervision.

2) The bidder should have successfully supplied, installed & commissioned high pressure variable axial piston pumps & actuators which can operate load up to 1000 Ton (Minimum) capacity hydraulic press machine with PLC controller and HMI as per operational parameters in any Govt. Organization /PSU /Joint Venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government Organization or PSU/Public Limited Company of the value as specified below during the last ten (10) years in India, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited.

• Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• 1. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March-2024 shall be at least Rs. 2.50 Crore (Rupees Two crore fifty lakh only).

The bidder shall submit Notarized audited annual financial reports in support of the above.

Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March-2024, as per audited annual accounts. Financial Year means, the accounting year accepted by the prevailing law of respective Country.

Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
