SELECTION OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SUPPLY OF SERVICE PERSONNEL TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL WING OF KARNATAKA MONITORING AND EVALUATION AUTHORITY

Should have a minimum of five years of experience in providing service personnel to the Technical and Administrative Wing (Security personnel, cleaning staff, baggage handlers, construction staff will not fall in this category) to Government of Karnataka /Government of India/ Government Undertakings/Academic Institutions like Universities etc

Should not have been debarred/disqualified/blacklisted and, or declared as ineligible under corruption and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka /Government of India/Semi Government Undertakings/ Academic Institutions like universities etc

Should have an annual turnover of at least Rs. 1.00 Crore in providing Office staff and drivers or senior level technical personnel or both (the turnover by providing security personnel, cleaning staff, baggage handlers, construction staff etc., will not qualify for the purpose of eligibility of this tender) in each year and at least Rs. 5 lakhs turnover relating to one organization per annum during the last two years and should upload these details under Technical Proposal

Should provide Administrative and Technical wing staff with required skills, qualifications, good service record and free from litigations

Should have paid all statutory taxes like GST, Professional Tax, Income Tax etc., to the concerned departments. They may be required to submit the period mentioned under technical proposal and service recipient may be inspected before the award of contract, or both

Shall abide by the provisions of Employees Provident Fund Act, Employees State Insurance Act, the Contract Labor Act Workmen Compensation Act, the Minimum Wages Act, Goods and Service Tax Act, Profession Tax Act any other Acts relevant / statutory requirements

Must have its office/ branch in Bengaluru, for correspondence and interaction with the KMEA
