Supply and Placing of stones in Plum Concrete work.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick dark shade using ordinary cement.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls, Under 20 cm wide.

Distempering with oil bond washable distemper of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screw excluding panelling which will be paid for seprately , all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade on new wood work. (over one coat of priming cat with ready mixed or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture)

Providing and fixing of electric points complete in all respect as per requirement of site, to be paid as per actual (including 5 no. of fans)
