Documentary proof for clause no.3.2 (b) of ITT Tenderer such as Work done, Performance Certificate issued by the end user not below the rank of Executive/Divisional Engineer.

Audited financial statements i.e. Balance Sheets, P&L Statement, Turnover Certificates, IT returns for and Auditors reports of the last five year proceeding the date of bid submission of the bidder duly certified by Chartered Accountant as in clause no.3.2 (a) of ITT.

Bankers Certificate duly signed by authorized person in the prescribed format and as per the clause no.3.3 of ITT (liquid Assets and / of availability of credit facilities).

The tenderer should possess required valid Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka. as in clause no.2.2 (a) of ITT.

Documentary proof for clause no.3.6 of ITT Assessed available tender capacity such as statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent as sought in Note of the said clause in the prescribed format as in clause no.1.4A of Qualification Information.

Self Declaration stating that the information with regard to assessed available tender capacity (Works on Hand) furnished are correct as per the clause no.3.6 of ITT and at clause no.1.4 (a) of Section - 3 - Q I.

Self Declaration stating that the works for which tenders already submitted as per the clause no.1.4 (b) of Section - 3 - Q I.

Mandatory Conditions/requisites shall be fulfilled by the successful Bidder. Hence the duly signed undertaking comprising the depicted details there in shall be submitted (Up loaded through e-portal) by the bidder/ participant in Rs 500/- Value Stamp Paper along with other binding documents. Failing to submit the solemnly declared & duly signed affidavit with the given content shall be rejected.
