Excavation in foundation soil (Loam clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 Mtr ( 100fts) & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of suplus earth as directed Engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.

Providing and laying cement concrete in ratio of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level in ratio of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per instruction of engineer incharge

Mild steel bars reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete..

Class M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar including material all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12mm thick plaster with cement & C sand of 1.25F.M. mortar in 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work

MS iron door and window with ms angle and ms sheet I/C all complete as directed by engineer in charge

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.
