Providing services for Property survey and property tax assessment:- Providing comprehensive services for GIS-based Property and Water Connection Survey, Geo-Sequencing and Assessment, including door-to-door verification, UPIC/GWCID generation, property internal measurement, KYC and geo-tagged data collection, preparation of Property Tax assessment records/notices/final assessment lists, and migration/computerization of existing Water Consumer and billing data, complete as per clause 6 and 13 of the Scope of Work.

Software for Survey and Assessment Work:- Providing software licenses and services for integrated copyright-registered mainframe and software for 5 year to fulfill and execute the scope of work under this tender- a. Mobile application license for property numbering (geo sequencing) and executing surveys using mobile devices for the Property Tax Department. b. Copyright-registered backend software to facilitate the computerization of the entire survey data as per Scope of work section no. 7

Software for Providng services for annual Operations,Maintainance,Manpower for yearly Services for Property Tax Department:- Providing software licenses and services for integrated copyright-registered mainframe and software for 5 year to fulfill and execute the scope of work under this tender- a. Providing software executable file licenses and services for property tax collection through online, CFC and Mobile based application for door to door property tax collection. b. Providing software for Android and iOS based property tax collection, Service/grievance handling Software interface for Taxpayer as per detail work mentioned in scope of work clause no.8.1 to 8.5

Design, development, implementation, integration, operation and maintenance of Integrated Citizen Engagement, Analytics and Digital Service Platform comprising WhatsApp Chatbot, Data Analytics & Visualization Dashboards, Citizen Self-Service Kiosk Software and Karmitra Digital Agent with multilingual services, departmental API integration, citizen search/payment facilities, grievance tracking, notifications, MIS and related services as per scope of work clause no 8.6, 8.7,8.8.

Providing, implementing, integrating, operating and maintaining an Integrated Departmental Revenue and Compliance Management Software comprising Trade License Management, Municipal Estate & Asset/Rent Management, Water Charges Management and Fire Safety Compliance Management modules, including citizen services, billing and collection, payment gateway integration, workflow and approvals, dashboards, MIS, notifications, document management, audit trails, APIs, training and technical support as per the Scope of Work clause no. 12.4,14, 10.2,11.2

Providing Annual Operation & Maintenance Services for Property Tax, Municipal Asset, Trade License, Fire Safety Compliance and Water Charges Departments, including software and database support, billing/collection assistance, challan and register generation, printing and stationery, data updation, dashboards and monitoring, help desk/call centre, technical support, backup/DR, staff training and deployment of skilled manpower for a period of 5 years, complete as per Sections 9, 10.3, 11.3, 12.6 and 15 of the Scope of Work.

7.2-Survey, Data Collection, Digitization and Municipal Asset Database Creation for CSMC-owned Lands & Buildings up to 300 Sq. Mtr., including physical verification, GIS location, ownership/usage details, area, valuation, photographs, digital plans and computerization, excluding municipal shopping/residential complexes, apartments and market stalls, complete as per Section 10.1 of the Scope of Work.

7.3-Survey, Data Collection, Digitization & Municipal Asset Management conducting a comprehensive field survey and physical verification including open municipal lands, public utilities, open spaces, gardens, lands under reservation and any other lands instructed by CSMC omputerization and creation of a centralized municipal asset database capturing ownership, usage, area, GIS location and valuation; and linked photographs, digital plans and valuation details and all work mentioned in scope of work section 10.1 For lands and for area above 300 sq.mtr (Excluding Municipal shopping or residential complex/apartment,market stalls)
