Supply and laying of LT Cables, HDPE Pipe, SITC of 150 AH Battery for 200KVA UPS, SITC of Wind Direction Indicator, and earthing at Surat International Airport , Surat

Supply of 3.5C x 240 sq.mm size of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, Armoured, Aluminium Conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098:1988 Part-I with upto date amendments complete as required.

Supply of 3C x6 sq.mm size of copper Conductor Flat cable for submersible pump motor of 1.1KV grade as per IS :694 with upto date amendments complete as required.

Supply of 110mm (OD-110mm, PN 8, PE 80) ISI marked HDPE pipe, conforming to IS 4984, along with all acessories like socket, bend, couplers as required including fitting, cutting, jointing etc., etc. complete as required in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. required.

Laying of 110 mm (OD-110mm,PN 08,PE 80) ISI marked  HDPE pipe, along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, suitable size PP rope  as required including fitting, cutting, jointing  with HDD trenchless method direct in ground (up to 3 mtrs below ground level ) in all type of soil etc complete as required in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. required.

Laying of 110 mm (OD-110mm,PN 08,PE 80) ISI marked  HDPE pipe, along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, suitable size PP rope  as required including fitting, cutting, jointing   direct in ground (up to 75cm below ground level ) in all type of soil i/c excavation & re-filling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc complete as required in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. required.

SITC of 12V, 150 AH , SMF-VRLA , Sealed Lead Acid batteries as per latest IS specification (with 24 months Warrantee) for 200 kVA Inveter type UPS as required i/c dismentling of existing batteries and interconnection of new batteries by supplying the interconneting cables for batteries and batteries shall be suitable for Existing Battery stand as per site etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Frangible Wind Direction Indicator (WDI) of 6mtr height lattice mast and Approx. 1.8 mtr height for assembly for windshock , lights etc conforming to ICAO Annex14 Volume I/as per Technical specifications including the following: - (a) The wind direction indicator assembly shall be complete with frangible and collapsible mast, light assembly, drum, wind sock, hinged arrangement for tilting down for maintenance, outdoor junction box, MCBs as required etc.- (b) The mast shall be of Frangible lattice structure & should meet the requirements laid down under ICAO Annex14,Vol-I & ICAO doc 9157 Aerodrome Design Manual Part 6 – Frangibility (c) The Wind Direction Indicator should be in the form of a truncated cone made of fabric, as per technical specifications. -The Light Assembly shall be able to hold 4X20 W LED light fixture & 1 No. of LED aviation obstruction light fixture suitable for outdoor use-all accessories etc. as complete required. (d) Suitable RCC/PCC foundation i/c base plate,SS mounting template, Nut-bolt, pipe for cable entry as recommended by the OEM of frangible lattice mast with base hinge complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe complete as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40mm dia, accessories and providing masonary/precast enclosure with cover plate on the top having locking arrangement and watering pipe, complete with charcoal and salt etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. complete as required.
