Earth work in Embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming. Dressing the surface to required levels with half tonne steel or wooden rammer and rolling every third and top most layer in roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity and including 1.50mtr, lift and all lead (earth shall be brought from a placewhich including cartage of earth by mechanically transport and T&P. labour etc. required for proper completion, Earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his cost.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth) , 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated lead upto 50 mtr. & lift upto 1.5 mtr. dispose earth to be leveled & dressed. All kind of soil . The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line , water supply line , electric cable , telephone cable , gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before starting of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engioneer-in- charge.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone - III ) : derived from natural source : 8 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work , using coarse aggregate as wall as fine aggregate derived from natural sources and cement content as per approved design mix , manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer of all leads, having continues agitated mixture , manufacture as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work , including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying : excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in charge . (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @330 kg/cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix is playable / recoverable seperately ).
