Brick work in cm 1:5 mixtone cement and five sand Jusing country bricks ground 3 maded of size 23x11x7 cm including curing finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc, complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface the lintels, beams etc including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with MS angles of size 25mm X 25mm

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm 15S HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill,out including curing etc complete and also including fixng fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc. as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabricating and foxing MS grill works to windows and grill gate using necessary MS fist foxinner and outer members should be fixed to window frames and including all Charges etc, GI Pipe 80mm

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved 9 qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping clean removel dirt etc complete

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars,balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before on works)
