Notes for item No. 1 to 8 - (a) Equipment shall be fixed on existing foundation , in case any existing foundation are not fit for new equipment, same shall be provide as per manufacturers' recommendation and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Accordingly bidder/ tenderer is advised to visit site before quoting his offer and nothing will be paid on this account. (b) In case of any specific capacity/size are not manufactured by the any above OEM, the contractor shall provide near higher capacity/size equipment by OEM without any extra cost to the department.
