Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in drain cover slabs comlete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation, plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in flooring, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking patforms and like in screed bed of 15 mm thick CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular), dark shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in dado/ skirting provided with 4 mm divider and the same gap filled with epoxy grout set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of light shade including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, (1:4:8) (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B- 1, (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc. 1.50m wide and n.exc.1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes, etc. n exc. 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- For all items involving excavation work contractor has to obtain prior approval from station HQ to avoid loss of other co existing utility services, in case of damage to any property he would be liable for its rectification.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS poles, tubular sections including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing ( mesh 50 mm x 50 mm size) nominal dia of wire 3 mm ( including pvc coating ) fixed to fencing posts using suitable bolts and nuts (nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of laterite stone pitching/ masonry of any description, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excl ashlars facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laterite stone pitching/masonry of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- 1. Area of sign board shall be considered for payment. 2. MS pipe, excavation, concrete etc as required shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs 3mm aluminum composite panel both side alongwith retro reflective sheeting on both side with letters, stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphen,arrows, borders brackets etc of any size fixed on frame complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Area of ACP sheet shall be considered for payment.

S&F in repairs retro reflective sheeting with letters, stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphen, brackets etc of any size fixed/stickered on aluminium composite panel complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Area of retro reflective sheet shall be considered for payment.

M&L for cement concrete machine presed chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 20mm thick square in shpae of approved tint, as in ramp/stair laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heavy duty vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular), dark shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor,dado/ skirting provided with 4 mm divider and the same gap filled with epoxy grout set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of shade including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bond stone etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC precast block 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate as in kerbstones complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing existing bitumen filler filled in between PCC road slabs and cleaning the joints thoroughly and providing pre formed bitumen filler Gde B in existing joint thickness to a depth of not less than 50 mm and finishing with the surface of adjacent slabs complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The joints in road are of different width and depth. Bitumen pre formed filler is to be filled in the existing joints fo the dimensions of existing width and depth. Contractor need to visit the site before quoting the tender.

Labour only for removing sifcon panel from one area to another using mechanical or manual means with in a distance of 1 Kms including loading, securing and unloading complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge.

Supply and fixing of steel wire rope of 6 to 10 mm to trolley of targets in baffle range including removing the old rusted steel wire and connecting the new wires as per existing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- This work is mechanical type of work. Contractor need to visit site and understand the existing arrangement and the nature of work before quoting the tender.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in unframed work, in any position complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

Dismantling boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

S&F second class hard wood boarding 40mm thick clean sawn with butt joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hard wood in scantling in clean sawn timber framed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of wood and wood based material of any description and girth and applying two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for yellow coloured machine cut kota stone/ yellow coloured jodhpur marble stone slab in steps/ risers/ floors etc with 15 to 25 mm thick over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor need to visit the site before quoting the rates. The colour and type of stone should match with the existing one. Contractor need to check and confirm the availability of material. After conclusion of contract, no claim of 'Non availabilty of materials' will be entertained.
